Lladró will donate part of the profits derived from the sales in October of the Admiratio sculpture and of the home fragrances candle Flowers of peace to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, dedicated to research into breast cancer.
The month of October is set aside in the United States to the fight against this illness. To mark the occasion, many American companies personalize their products with the pink color used to symbolize this cause.
