The red-crowned crane is one of the largest and most beautiful birds in the world. Unfortunately , the species is in danger of extinction and Lladró wished to pay it tribute with this piece. Worth mentioning in this composition are the stylized necks and slender legs. Captured in different poses, wisely combined by the sculptor to create an elegant, balanced whole.
