MICKET'S 90TH ANNIVERSARY
On November 18th, Mickey Mouse will celebrate his 90th birthday.
This date coincides with the anniversary of the first movie of the
popular Disney character, Steamboat Willie, in 1928.
Today, Mickey is one of the most emblematic and wellknown
charactes in popular culture. To celebrate his birthday, Lladro
has prepared a campaign that should help promote the porcelain
version of Mickey and Minnie, as well as the rest of the characters
that Lladro has portrayed in the Disney universe.
Lladro from Spain Montinas has built a new Disney section to celecrate it.

"Pursued Deers" is a museum piece twice over. It was donated by Lladró to the Bellevue Museum (Brussels) in 1987 and became a permanent exhibit at this renowned institution that contains one of the finest collections in the history of the decorative arts.
In late 1995 the figurine was transferred to the Belgian Fiftieth Anniversary Museum. Meanwhile, since 1994, this figurine has also been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art of Santo Domingo, one of the major institutions dedicated to the arts in the Dominican Republic.

A traditional group outing for the nobility, the hunt is subject to rules of behavior which have not changed since medieval times. This creation freezes many of these details, such as the galloping horses, the pack of hounds, and the characteristic dress of the riders.
